Can I exchange or return my order?


All sales are final. Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double check your cart's contents prior to making your purchase.


What if my order is damaged?

Damaged products may be exchanged at no cost. Before shipping replacement item, the original item must arrive back at the warehouse. Please contact customer service to process your exchange.


When will I receive my order?

In-stock items ship within 5 business days. Orders then typically take another 1-5 business days to make it to their destination, depending on your location. Orders may experience delay if an item is temporarily out of stock or due to inclement weather and national holidays. We do not guarantee the date of delivery.

Occasionally orders are split into multiple shipments. If so, you will be sent separate shipment notifications and tracking for each shipment.

Will I be charged tax?

We are required by law to remit taxes on all non-apparel orders shipped to Rhode Island.
